  1. Happy to hear it wasn’t a heart attack! I’ve had a similar experience. Thank you for continuing with your talks. We reall enjoy them and get some very healthy meditation time from them. May God continue to bless you and your family, (and your mission) !

  2. Thank you Bruce. Unable to sleep I came to the computer at 4.00am to check something and what a lovely surprise to read your Easter message.
I pray for the strength, courage, wisdom to cast my net to the other side and trust in God totally to take care of the project which is occupying my mind at this time.
I hope there are no further ‘episodes’ for you Bruce. Go gently and give yourself some downtime after all your work to bring God’s message to so many during Lent.

  3. Hi Bruce,
The Lord will look after you because you are passing his message to those to doesn’t know him. We should have more people like you in the world. As a Catholic, our duty is to pass the message of the Lord. What we have learned on a Sunday mass from the priest, should be pass on to everyone around us. The Lord has said: “I am the way, truth and life. f you believe in me, you will have eternal life”. Amen

  4. What a wonderful surprise to receive this email! I missed your stories, your encouragement, your love of Jesus that you shared during the Lenten season.
    God bless you!

  5. I was so glad to receive this email as I was really missing the daily message. Thank you for continuing to challenge me in my relationship with Christ!

  6. Hi Bruce
I am so pleased that you are ok now.
Thank you for your readings as they are helping me very much.
    Love Michele

  7. Thank you Bruce. A lovely reflection. Yes I need to stretch myself further. I always think I’m doing enough but “Here I am send me” is very often in my thoughts.

  8. Thank you Bruce for your wonderful message. I was just thinking as I went to open my emails this morning that I miss my daily catholic guy video and there you were. God provides for our needs even when we don’t know what they are. Your message this morning has certainly hit a cord – what can we do differently in our words and actions that reflect our faith in our everyday lives rather than keeping it to ourselves. Thank you for your encouragement and ministry to live daily with God. God bless you and keep you safe. Rachel

  9. Hi Bruce.
Thank you for your simple, enlightening thoughts and talks. They are a great inspiration to me and I am slowly getting to know Jesus more and trust more and more in Him.
Keep well as you are needed very much to carry on your mission and spread the love and mercy of our living God. Thank you and God love you abundantly.

  17. Dear Bruce I was so glad to read your email as i was so anxious for your message. I was waiting for it. A new life has begun in me , Just after my 45th wedding Anniversary. It was on the 13th April/ Something strongly pushed me to attend Mass & Give Thanksgiving for the the past years of Love we had together . Jesus spoke to me this day while I was in quiet time with him. These are his words I heard “Touched by my Love I have made your Love Complete”. The resurrection of Jesus is alive in me now more stronger than before; & the good news is Love is all around me. Alleluia and Thanks Be to God.
Thankyou once again for your inspiring thoughts & talks.

  18. What an Easter joy to see and hear you in this email. I have missed our daily connecting and sharing of our faith. What a wake-up call for you to see what is needed for you, along with all the others and what an example for each of us who tend to stretch more into each day. We all need to stop being Martha and take the place where Mary found such peace.
I know that God will continue to bless and guide you and Rosemary because He needs you so much in this ministry that He has chosen you both for. Alleluia Alleluia .He is Risen.

  19. Glad you are OK Bruce, I have only just found you this Easter, so take is easy. Thought you look tired in your last Easter message. May God Bless and keep you well.

  20. Glad to hear the words of encouragement and be reminded to leave up to the Easter events being the resurrections of Jesus Christ..Thanks to technology seas and oceans are not a hiccups to some of us receiving the messages from overseas.

  21. When I got home tonight and checked my emails I was so pleasantly surprised to receive a reflection from you and the team Bruce. There definitely needs to be some casting the net from the other side of the boat for me! I’ve been seriously seeking the Lord’s help in a particular area of my life and looking for His guidance. Thank you for reminding us that we are Easter people, empowered by Jesus’s resurrection. I’m also very glad Bruce of the news that you didn’t have a heart attack. Maybe the Lord’s trying to tell you something concerning your need to rest. Take care and God Bless
    Valerie

  22. What an amazing surprise , thank you Brice for coming back into my spiritual life. Your messages are so enlightening and it seem such a simple interpretation of casting the net on to the other side, I wonder why I have not heard that before. Is’nt it a wonderful picture to creat with Jesus already waiting for us to celebrate with our spoils brought in with our change of direction. Take care, remember to rest on the sabbath and May God bless you.

  23. Great message Bruce – it’s so important that you continue these practical examples, where people in our 21st century material world can understand the message of living a better life, instead of just scripture that may wash over them.

Hope life is good for you on the east coast and that the family is happy, healthy and fulfilled.

  24. Hi Bruce

  28. Hi Bruce, happy to hear that everything turned out right. With all that u do to increase our spirituality God will keep u fit and strong for us and for ur lovely family. To cast my net to the other side, I need to pray harder daily and with ur assistance all will be fine.

  29. Hi :o)
    You were missed!
But…, yes…,you were definitely overworked, not in the garden so much, but by catching more and more “fish” during the last Lent.
I believe it is a big success! And the Lord is with you for sure :o)
